Trash Collection Guidelines

Trash carts cannot exceed 95 gallons and must weigh less than 250 pounds when full.

Extra trash must fit in the cart with the lid fully closed for collection. Bagged trash outside carts is not picked up.

Trash should be placed curbside before 6 AM on collection day but not earlier than 5 PM the evening prior.

Carts must be removed from the curb by 6 PM on the collection day. Store carts in a garage or side/back yard.
Recycling Collection Guidelines

Accepted curbside recyclables include paper, cardboard, aluminum/metal cans, glass bottles/jars, and plastic containers labeled #1-#7.

Keep recyclables loose in the cart – no plastic bags. Place extras in paper bags or cardboard boxes.

Branches cannot exceed 4 feet long. Bundle branches using string or twine – no wire.

No plastic bags are permitted. Empty yard waste from plastic bags into paper bags or cans.

Yard waste containers cannot exceed 32 gallons and 50 pounds.
Bulky Item Collection Guidelines

Bulky items include furniture, appliances, mattresses, scrap metal. Freon removal & tagging required for appliances.
