La Habra Standard Trash Pickup Schedule
La Habra provides automated trash, recycling, and green waste collection for residents through the contracted waste company CR&R Incorporated.
Collection occurs weekly on the same day for all three carts:
- Trash cart (gray)
- Recycling cart (blue)
- Green waste cart (green)
Your collection day depends on your location in La Habra. To look up your pickup day, enter your address on the CR&R collection schedule site.
Trash carts must be rolled to the curb by 6:00 AM on your pickup day. Carts should be placed with handles and wheels facing your home, spaced at least 2 feet apart. Avoid placing carts near parked cars or other objects.
Only overflow recycling and green waste should be placed in bags or boxes next to carts when necessary. Extra trash must be placed in City-issued overflow bags – regular trash bags will not be collected.
