Trash Collection

Trash is collected weekly on the same day of the week. Collection days are divided into routes labeled A-F.

Trash carts must be placed curbside by 6:45 AM on collection day. Carts should be placed within 2 feet of the curb, with handles facing the house.

Carts must be removed from the curb by the end of collection day.

During winter, clear snow around carts and keep lids closed. Carts blocked by snow or ice will not be collected.

Up to 5 extra trash bags are allowed during Christmas week only. Extra bags year-round must be brought to the Four Hills Landfill.
Recycling Collection

Recycling is collected biweekly on the same day as trash, following either Week A or Week B schedule.

Yard Waste Collection

Yard waste is collected seasonally from mid-April to mid-December on the 2nd collection day.

Accepted yard waste includes leaves, grass clippings, twigs, garden materials.

Use biodegradable yard waste bags or rigid containers labeled as “yard waste.”

Branches must be tied in bundles less than 4 feet long.

Trash and recycling collection are postponed one day after these holidays:

- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day

- Christmas Day
The Four Hills Landfill is also closed on holidays.

Tires can be dropped off at the Four Hills Landfill with a $2 disposal fee per tire.
