How the Waco Trash Schedule Works

Waco provides trash, recycling, and yard waste/brush collection to residents living within the city limits.

  • Trash is collected weekly on your designated day.
  • Recycling is collected every other week on your designated recycling day.
  • Brush and bulky items are collected monthly on your designated week.

Collection services are provided by the City of Waco Solid Waste Services Department.

Trash and recycling carts are provided to residents by the city. You must place carts curbside by 7AM on your pickup day but no earlier than 5PM the evening before.

Your designated pickup day is determined by where you live within the four collection zones (North, South, East, West). See the section below for how to look up your address.
