Service Overview
- Garbage is collected weekly
- Recycling is collected every other week

Cart Options
Residents can choose from the following cart sizes:
- Garbage: 35 gallon, 65 gallon or 95 gallon
- Recycling: 95 gallon
Cart fees are charged quarterly based on garbage cart size. The smaller the garbage cart, the lower your fee.

Collection Day Lookup
To find your collection day, enter your address on the Garbage & Recycling Collection Days map.
Collection occurs weekly on the same day. If your normal day falls on a holiday, collection is delayed by 1 day.
Collection Guidelines
- Carts must be placed at the curb by 6 AM on your collection day.
- Carts should be 3 feet from any obstacles like mailboxes or cars.
- All materials must fit completely inside with lids fully closed.
- Only City-provided carts will be collected.
Yard Waste Collection
Yard waste is collected weekly April – November on your trash day. Accepted materials include:
- Grass clippings
- Leaves
- Brush and tree branches less than 3 inches diameter
- Garden waste like flowers and vegetation
Use paper yard waste bags or reusable containers clearly marked as “Yard Waste.”
Bulky Item Pickup
To schedule pickup of bulky items like furniture and appliances, submit this online request form. Fees apply.
Recycling Guidelines
Recycling carts are 95 gallons and provided to all residents for free. Accepted recyclable materials include:
- Plastic bottles, jugs and tubs
- Paper and cardboard
- Aluminum cans
- Tin and steel cans
- Glass bottles and jars
