Baltimore County provides trash and recycling collection services to unincorporated areas and suburban communities surrounding Baltimore City.

Trash is collected weekly. Recycling is collected biweekly on either Yard Schedule 1 or Yard Schedule 2.

Yard waste is collected separately from trash and recycling during designated weeks in spring, summer, and fall. There are two yard waste collection schedules:

Baltimore City Department of Public Works provides trash and recycling collection to residents within the city limits.

Trash collection occurs weekly on the same day.

As of January 2022, recycling is collected biweekly on either Week A or Week B:
