Make sure recyclables are clean and dry. Do not place plastic bags in recycling carts.

Bulky Item and Brush Collection

Bulky items that do not fit in trash carts, such as furniture and appliances, are collected on your second collection day of the month.

Brush and bundled limbs are also collected on the second collection day each month. Piles should be neatly stacked near the curb.

Backdoor Collection

Residents who meet eligibility criteria may qualify for backdoor collection, where carts are collected from behind the home rather than curbside. An additional monthly fee applies.

Apply for backdoor collection.

Moving or New Service

New residents must sign up for trash collection when they establish water service at Germantown City Hall. Bring proof of property ownership when signing up.

Notify Waste Pro at least one week before moving to stop service at your old address or start it at your new address.
